The concept of oenoclimatic signifies the asset of a region able to allow the organized growth vine. One or many kinds of wine or wine distillations might be thus obtained. Their composition fulfils all the lawful conditions bearing them an origin denomination. Organoleptic features stand for it. This paper relies upon the study of: chemical composition and microbiological parameters, the Romanian traditions, the beverages behaviour and awarded prizes. A specific taxonomy of the Romanian viticultural regions, with their distinctive assets, is therefore drawn.Downloads
