Abstract

On etudie l'influence du cuivre, du zinc et du manganese en concentration variable, sur la germination et sur la croissance de la plante de haricot et aussi sur l'activite polyfenoloxidasique et peroxidasique. Selon les resultats obtenus, on observe que CuSO₄ a inhibe le generation, mais en stimulant l'activite peroxidasique. Les solutions des MnCl₂ utilisees a l'inhibition des semences ont provoque un gain en poids des organes vegetatifs, en activant en meme temps la polyphenoloxidase. Le sulphate de cuivre a stimule la germination et la croissance des organes vegetatifs.
