Abstract

The health condition as well as the mechanical status of Large-leaved Lime were determined by the visual and invasive methods using IML 400 Resistograph. Ten measurements of the two co - dominant boughs were made in order to specify their internal condition. Despite only minor deadwood in its crown, “Dobrosława’s” health condition is poor and related to its extensive internal cavities. All the measurements taken using resistograph enabled the full diagnosis of the tree’s health condition. On the basis of the findings, the decision concerning the way and the range of required care treatments was made.
